Contact inquiries: Name, email address, message content, selected report type, and preferred appointment date submitted through our contact form.
Service engagements: Device count, physical labels you assign to hardware, balance summaries observed during sessions, and correspondence related to scheduling and invoicing.
Website usage: If you accept analytics cookies, anonymized visit data including pages viewed, session duration, and referral source.
We do not collect seed phrases, private keys, wallet PINs, or network credentials.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
