Registered business

Toolkit Elm Path Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name operating this practice. We were established in 2019 in Mapo-gu, Seoul, to address a gap observed among local self-custody holders: hardware wallets store assets securely, but they produce no periodic statement a trustee, accountant, or family member can read.

Origin

Founder Min-seok Chae spent six years in corporate treasury before moving assets to cold storage personally. When his accountant asked for documentation of holdings, he found no local service willing to witness device balances without demanding key access. Toolkit Elm Path began as a single-desk operation offering written checkpoint reports—the same core service we provide today.

Our approach

We work entirely offline during verification. Your devices never connect to a network in our presence. We document what appears on screen, compare it to your prior report, and sign a paper record. We do not manage assets, recommend purchases, or execute transactions.
